Acceptance of Terms

By using FreeBreath, you agree to the following terms.

Subscription Service

Trial Period

• New users receive a 7-day free trial
• All features are available during the trial period
• Can be canceled anytime within 24 hours before trial ends, no payment required

Subscription Plans

• Monthly Subscription: $0.99/month, auto-renews monthly
• Annual Subscription: $9.99/year, auto-renews annually

Auto-Renewal

• Subscription will auto-renew 24 hours before the current period ends
• Renewal fee will be charged to your Apple ID account
• Can disable auto-renewal anytime in account settings

Canceling Subscription

• Must cancel at least 24 hours before current billing cycle ends
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of current period
• Paid fees are non-refundable

Free Version Limitations

After trial ends, non-subscribers can use the free version:

• 1 daily training session (counted after completion)
• Basic breathing mode only
• 1-5 minutes duration only
• No background sounds

Legacy User Benefits

Users who purchased the paid version before December 23, 2025 will automatically be upgraded to lifetime Pro, no subscription required.

User Conduct

You agree to:

• ✅ Use for personal purposes only, not commercial use
• ✅ Not reverse engineer or crack the app
• ✅ Not distribute pirated accounts

• FreeBreath is a relaxation aid tool and does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment
• Consult a professional doctor if you have health concerns
• We are not legally liable for usage outcomes

Intellectual Property

• Copyright of the app and its content belongs to the developer
• Cannot copy, modify, or distribute without authorization

Terms Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page.

Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes will be handled by courts in the developer's jurisdiction.
